My mission is to provide Healing with a touch of Magick ✨ •••Covid 19 GUEST GUIDELINES Are For your safety and ours, it is important that we adhere to CDC guidelines. Here’s what we strongly encourage our Guests to do: • All Guests can Wear a Mask When Entering/Leaving The Spa. Masks will also need to be worn throughout all of our spa services (during facials, guests may remove their mask). • Please Keep 6-Feet Social Distance. • Wash/Sanitize Your Hands. To prevent any spread, please be sure to wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. We will also have hand sanitizer located throughout the spa for our guests to use when entering and leaving. •••Booking Policies When scheduling for any treatment, you will have a choice to pay half or full payment. Also please don't bring any kids. This is your time to catch your breath, relax and enjoy yourself at Divine Wellness & Massage. We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and are happy to honor your business. However, a 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Since all services are by appointment only. *All deposits are non refundable and a major credit card is required to hold your appointment. You will be charged full price if 24 hour notice isn’t given.  
This applies for specials and discounted appointments also. Future bookings will be canceled and/or denied until payment is received.In effort to keep wait times down between appointments we ask that you send a courtesy text to (757)698-5635 if you are 5-15 minutes late or your appointment will be automatically cancelled. •••Packages All packages are required to be paid before services of package begin, a deposit will be charged of half will be charged on booking site, and remaining balance must be paid upon first service rendered. Packages are non refundable. All packages give a grace of ONE reschedule per package, any scheduled appointment canceled before cancellation time will be forfeited by customer, and session will count towards your package. •••No-shows No Call - No Show 100% Payment will be deducted from the card on file. After the No Call-No Show you will be banned from scheduling any future appointments. Service Time Your service will start promptly and if late you will receive the remained of the time allotted for the hands on portion of your service. •••ALL SERVICES ALLOW 10 MINUTES FOR INTAKE, UNDRESSING AND REDRESSING. 50 MINUTES HAND ON FOR A HOUR APPOINTMENT AND 80 MINUTES HANDS ON FOR A NINETY MINUTE APPOINTMENT.  •••Contraindications Contraindications are conditions that make a particular service potentially inadvisable. In all instances, we encourage transparent communication with Divine Wellness & Massage to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience. *Examples of contraindications include: fever, Covid-19, pregnancy, flu, open wounds, communicable diseases, HIV, diabetes or sunburn. •••Gratuity are not factored into prices. Amounts are entirely up to the discretion of the client and are only expected from clients who are completely satisfied with their services. We do ask that you consider giving something to each team member who provided services. Typical gratuities range from 20-30% of the total cost of the services. *Thank you, Divine Wellness & Massage. **Groupons are to be redeemed Tuesday through Thursday ONLY, and packages must be fulfilled within 6 months once redeemed.
